I've it for regarding three months currently and to date i am terribly proud of the performance. i take advantage of Costco HE soap (I've browse this is not the most effective soap) and most of the time I wash stuff on ""NORMAL"", heat water and double rinse (soap allergy.) If you wash massive things (rugs, blankets, etc...) you need to set the cycle to ""BULKY"". That method it'll fill the bathtub up all the method like an recent vogue washer. I've browse complaints from those that it does not get your garments clean and my expertise is that it gets them CLEANER than any washer I've used (that's 3 counting this one.) Even my girlfriend noticed and was impressed with it's cleaning ability. Compared to my recent washer it is very quiet and it gets the garments quite dry within the spin.
